Enjoying a summer's day is easiest in loose fitting, light clothing. The CYELL Homewear collection for 2012 is a good all-round collection, meaning you can pull together an appropriate outfit for every time of day. Striking stripes and an ethnic print in subtle shades are just two examples of the kind of designs we're using in this year's Homewear collection. New this season is the 'Basically' programme, comprised of simple but stylish items that compliment each other and pieces from other CYELL collections perfectly. The must-have piece here is a cardigan with batwing sleeves!
THE HOMEWEAR COLLECTION
The new Homewear collection is made from trendy, casual materials with both sporty accents and details that provide that feminine touch. The materials are naturally soft and supple. The collection also showcases styles detailed with specially draping materials that emphasise the female form. In addition to specific Homewear items, we also have a number of styles this season related to Beachwear, such as a terrycloth dress with smockwork for a wonderful day at the beach and a cardigan that's perfect for wearing over a bikini.
The collection's colour pallet is chiefly comprised of cool, trendy hues. The exceptions are the colours Rose and Lagoon, a warm pinkish red and a fresh, summery green, both of which are worked into a flower design. The collection also uses single mottle in grey, milk white and ice blue shades. New to the Homewear collection is an ethnic print used on a dress and a shirt. Striking broad and narrow stripes have been creatively applied to various styles, which creates a surprising result. The stripe design is truly a trend from the 1980s. 1980s fashion was dominated by the batwing sleeve, something featured in our 2012 collection. Wide boatnecks are combined with a tank top from the Basically programme for a fun look.
This season, CYELL is using the Basically programme to supplement its Homewear collection. The programme comprises comfortable items that run parallel to the regular collection. The simple and comfortable shorts, cardigans, trousers and dresses have a stylish and feminine look and feel and can be combined with just about anything. It is a practical and timeless basic programme that your wardrobe cannot afford to lack. The CYELL basic pieces are made from fine and soft fabrics and are available in solid and mottle colours. The Basically collection with perfect for combining with the CYELL Sleepwear and Homewear collections.
